This agency probably is placed in Copenhagen, Denmark because the end of Hitman: Blood Money shows one of their offices, perhaps a headquarters, having a beautiful view of the river bay.

Game instructions: At the beginning of this game you’ll have to select your weapon. You may select between Beretta, AK – 47, M16 and Dragunov. The mouse will be used for aiming, and the click with the left button of the mouse means shooting. When you need to reload the weapon, just press the space bar. And before you start, here is a small hint for you. In case your enemy is too far from you, he might be unattainable for your handgun, so you better use other weapon.
